Below is what I like to call my "Wedding Day Order Form". Items can be added or subtracted as the day approaches, but it allows me to get a basic idea of what you want for your wedding day! It also allows me to create a contract and invoice for you. I'm always here for questions or concerns. The pricing for each added item is listed on my Pricing Guide.
